service where we will clear everything, legally disposing of waste items, leaving you with a cleared property, not a load of items nobody wants. We offer a courteous and discreet service at all times, never more important than in times of bereavement.

As the producer of your waste, this includes anything for disposal from a house clearance, you have a legal duty of care to ensure whoever removes your waste is registered with The Environment Agency. Failure to do so can result in both you and the illegal carrier being fined. Further, if the carrier is not registered, they cannot legally dispose of your waste. We are registered and our registration number is CB/ZE5109HZ.

Where we can, we will always ensure your unwanted items go to a good use, to someone who needs such item, before disposing of in landfill. This helps someone else and saves a little on the environment.
